Gandharv a channel that is dedicated to the sub-genre of Indian classical music known as Hindustani music. This form of music is followed by a dedicated segment of listeners. Gandharv hopes to not only tap into this audience base, but to expand and widen the base of this audience by building and maintaining exciting programming that will attract the curiosity of new listeners.

There will be segments dedicated to:

- Concerts – full-length concerts dedicated to current artists as well as artists from yesteryear.

- Top-10 – segments dedicated to different artists and their favorite recordings – words and music

- Jugalbandi - a Carnatic-Hindustani combo, either vocal or instrumental. This program gives listeners a good opportunity to observe the interaction and dynamics between to major artists as well as between the two schools of Indian classical music.

- Artists over the years – a full-length program where various artists trace their career through words and music.

- Ragas – presenting ragas at various times throughout the day.

- Instrumentals

- Bhajan Sandhya – an hour of devotional songs in the evening
